Heb 10:23 Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful.
One of the things the author of Hebrews keeps encouraging is for us to hold fast, to stay faithful. Here the basis for our holding fast is that the One who made the promises is Himself faithful.
